What KSM is

Kallus Strategic Management ("KSM") is a financial strategy consulting practice. KSM analyzes a client's financial position and produces written analysis, a stated priority and a prioritized roadmap. That analysis is advisory in nature and educational in purpose.

What KSM is not

• Not a lender or bank. KSM does not originate, fund, purchase or service loans, lines of credit, advances or any other extension of credit.
• Not a loan broker or originator. KSM does not submit financing applications on a client's behalf, does not place clients with lenders, and does not receive compensation, commissions or referral fees from lenders or funding sources.
• Not a credit repair organization. KSM does not dispute entries on consumer credit reports, does not contact credit bureaus on a client's behalf, and does not offer to improve or repair credit records, history or ratings.
• Not a debt settlement, debt relief or debt management company. KSM does not negotiate with creditors, does not enroll clients in settlement or management programs, and does not hold, receive or disburse client funds.
• Not a consumer reporting agency. KSM does not assemble, evaluate, furnish or sell consumer credit information or consumer reports as those terms are used under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
• Not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, accountant or law firm. KSM does not manage assets, recommend securities, prepare tax filings, perform audits or provide legal advice.

No guarantees

KSM does not guarantee, promise or predict any financial outcome. This includes but is not limited to: approval or denial of any application for credit; interest rates, credit limits, terms or fees offered by any lender; changes to any credit score or credit report; savings, cost reductions or debt elimination; business revenue, profitability or valuation; or the availability of financing of any kind.

Lending decisions are made solely by lenders according to their own underwriting criteria, which KSM does not control and cannot influence.
