What we collect, and the much longer list of what we do not.

Scope

This policy describes how Kallus Strategic Management ("KSM", "we") handles information collected through this website. It does not describe the separate, more detailed handling that applies to information collected during a paid engagement, which is governed by the engagement agreement.

What this website collects

The profile request form on this site collects only:

• Whether you are enquiring as an individual or a business owner
• What you are trying to accomplish, and your timeline
• What you have identified as your main pressure points
• Optional free-text context you choose to provide
• Your first name, last name, email address and, optionally, a phone number

The form does not ask for and should not be used to send account numbers, balances, Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, dates of birth, credentials, or any other sensitive financial or identifying information.

Technical information

Our hosting provider processes standard request data (such as IP address, user agent and timestamp) in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We record the page a submission came from and the referring URL so we understand which pages generate enquiries.

How the information is used

• To respond to your enquiry and schedule a first conversation
• To determine whether KSM is an appropriate fit for your situation
• To understand, in aggregate, how the website is performing

How it is not used

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with lenders, funders, brokers or any other third party for their marketing purposes. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or trade contact lists.

Service providers

Submissions are stored with our infrastructure provider and delivered to us by an email provider. These providers process the information solely to deliver those services to KSM. If we add analytics or scheduling tools, they will be limited to the same purposes described above.

Retention

Enquiry records are retained for as long as they are useful for responding, for record-keeping, and for understanding demand — and are deleted on request. To have your enquiry deleted, email us from the address you submitted.

Your choices

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact motti@kallusstrategicmanagement.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights; we will honour valid requests under applicable law.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. The profile form stores your in-progress answers in your own browser's session storage so you do not lose them if you navigate backwards; that data never leaves your device until you submit, and it is cleared when you do.

Children

This website is intended for adults and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the updated date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
